With the new improved SERVO PRO-Z® formula, the zinc is absorbed into yeast derivatives, which act as an amino acid source for the nutrient. Essentially, the yeast has already “pre-digested” the zinc. This method enhances zinc availability because this pre-processed form of zinc doesn’t get bound (or chelated) by other components in the wort.
BENEFITS:
Contents: Diammonium hydrogen phosphate, yeast cell walls, yeast autolysates, inactivated yeasts, and thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1).
Dosage: Recommended dosage rate is between 2 - 3 grams per 5 gallons of cool wort. Add directly into the cooled wort or dissolve in sterile water at a ratio of 1:10 and dose into the fermenter.
